Return Policy
All items purchased at a discounted price are final sale and not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit. This includes items purchased for $20 Tuesday, $50 Friday, etc.

Full-price merchandise may be exchanged or returned for store credit only with tags attached and in original packaging. No refunds will be issued at any time. Request for store credit must be initiated within 7 business days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags attached.
  

Store credit will be issued to the account you placed the order on and is redeemable online or in-store. We reserve the right to refuse any item that does not meet these conditions. Thank you for understanding and shopping with us! 

For sanitary purposes, all earrings are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit at any time.

Pick Up Order Policy
Pick up orders that are not picked up within 7 days will be returned for store credit. Store credit will be digitally issued once order expires.
